I had a great stay overall. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect for my needs, with convenient transportation options. The breakfast was delicious, with a range of options to choose from.

The hotel had a great location close to restaurants and shopping. The rooms were well-appointed, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. We especially liked the in-room lockers. During our stay over Christmas, the hotel had festive decorations throughout, which added to the holiday spirit.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was lacking, and the amenities were not well-maintained. the reception lacked warmth and did not give us the feeling of a high-end accommodation.
